「日本語神」（Nihongo Kami，以下稱本 App）重視你的隱私。本政策說明本 App 收集哪些資料、如何使用，以及你的選擇。
1. 存在你裝置上的學習資料
你設定的目標級數、考試日期、每天新字數量，以及作答、複習、測驗、模擬考進度等紀錄，都儲存在你的裝置上。學習提醒也是由裝置本身發出，不會經過我們的伺服器。
2. 匿名學習資料（可以關閉）
開啟「匿名分享學習資料」時（預設開啟），本 App 會把以下資料上傳到我們的伺服器：
- 作答紀錄：題目或單字編號、選擇的答案、是否答對、作答時間、App 版本
- 你主動回報的考試成績
這些資料只附帶一組隨機產生的裝置編號，不包含你的姓名、Email、電話、位置、通訊錄或任何帳號資訊，我們也無法用它辨識你是誰。
3. 錯誤回報與改善提議（你主動送出時）
你在「錯誤回報・改善提議」送出內容時，本 App 會上傳：回報類型、你寫的內容、回報的是哪一題或哪個畫面、App 版本、裝置編號，以及你選填的聯絡方式（Email 或 LINE ID）。聯絡方式只用來回覆你的回報；不想被聯絡可以留空。
4. 語音包下載
你在設定裡下載「自然語音包」時，本 App 會從 Cloudflare 的伺服器下載音檔。下載時，Cloudflare 會收到一般的連線資訊（例如 IP 位址）以便傳送檔案；我們不會用這些資訊辨識你，也不會和你的學習資料連在一起。
5. 購買紀錄
購買由 Apple App Store 或 Google Play 處理，我們不會取得你的付款資訊。本 App 只會在裝置上記錄你購買的方案與到期日。
資料的用途
匿名學習資料只用於分析題目難度、修正有問題的題目，以及改善合格機率估計。我們不會出售資料，也不會用於廣告。
你的選擇
- 你可以隨時在「設定 → 匿名分享學習資料」關閉上傳，關閉後不會再上傳新資料。
- 「設定 → 重設所有學習紀錄」會刪除裝置上的所有學習資料，並產生新的裝置編號。
- 想刪除已上傳的匿名資料，請來信並附上 App 版本，我們會協助處理。

Nihongo Kami (日本語神, "the App") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data the App collects, how it is used, and the choices you have.
1. Learning data stored on your device
Your target level, exam date, daily new-word count, and your answers, reviews, quizzes and mock-exam progress are stored on your device. Study reminders are scheduled by your device and do not go through our servers.
2. Anonymous learning data (you can turn this off)
When "Share learning data anonymously" is on (the default), the App uploads the following to our server:
- Answer records: question or word ID, the option chosen, whether it was correct, answer time, and App version
- Exam results that you choose to report
This data is linked only to a randomly generated device ID. It does not include your name, email, phone number, location, contacts or any account information, and we cannot use it to identify you.
3. Error reports and suggestions (when you send them)
When you send something through "Report a problem / Suggestions", the App uploads the report type, your message, which question or screen it concerns, the App version, the device ID, and optional contact details (email or LINE ID). Contact details are used only to reply to you; leave them blank if you do not want to be contacted.
4. Voice pack downloads
When you download a "Natural voice pack" in Settings, the App downloads audio files from Cloudflare's servers. Cloudflare receives standard connection information (such as your IP address) in order to deliver the files. We do not use this information to identify you or link it to your learning data.
5. Purchases
Purchases are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play; we never receive your payment details. The App only records the plan you bought and its expiry date on your device.
How we use data
Anonymous learning data is used only to analyse question difficulty, fix problematic questions, and improve the pass-probability estimate. We do not sell data or use it for advertising.
Your choices
- You can turn off uploading at any time in Settings → Share learning data anonymously. No new data is uploaded after that.
- Settings → Reset all learning data deletes all learning data on your device and generates a new device ID.
- To delete anonymous data that has already been uploaded, email us with your App version and we will help.

Children's privacy
The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
